- Purposes of data processing
At LVS2, we process personal data for the following purposes:
- Processing requests submitted via the contact form.
- Sending commercial communications about our services, provided the user has given their consent.

- Compliance with legal obligations applicable to the company’s activities.
- Legal basis for processing
The processing of data is based on:

- Performance of a contract or the implementation of pre-contractual measures (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), for the management of contracted services.

- As long as consent to receive communications has not been withdrawn.
- For the periods required by the relevant legislation (tax, commercial, etc.).
- Data recipients
No data will be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or where necessary for the provision of the service (for example, technology providers, email marketing platforms, etc.), with whom the relevant data processing agreements have been signed in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.
- International transfers
LVS2 may use services provided by suppliers located outside the European Economic Area (for example, advertising or analytics platforms). In such cases, an adequate level of protection is ensured through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or other legal mechanisms.

Users may exercise the following rights:
- Access your personal data.
- Request the rectification or erasure of your data.
- Request restriction of processing.
- Refusing treatment.
- Request data portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time.

- Data security
LVS2 implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR.
- Accuracy of the data
The user guarantees that the information provided is true, accurate and up to date, and undertakes to notify the provider of any changes.
- Changes to the policy
LVS2 reserves the right to amend this policy to bring it into line with changes in legislation or case law. In such cases, the changes will be announced on this page a reasonable time before they come into effect.
